Join the Coalition for National Science Funding in Celebrating 75 Years of NSF-Funded Discoveries and Innovation

During the week of May 12-16, CNSF will lead a congressional social media campaign to highlight specific examples of the value of the National Science Foundation (NSF), acknowledge the success of the past 75 years, and emphasize the critical importance of sustained funding to reach 75 more years.

CNSF members will meet with at least 75 offices on Capitol Hill for NSF’s 75th Anniversary. Innovative NSF-funded researchers across the country will be sharing the importance of NSF funding with their representatives. CNSF is requesting at least $9.9 billion for NSF in FY 2025, which would get NSF back to its FY 2023 total funding.  

As NSF celebrates its 75th anniversary, CNSF is excited to showcase transformative NSF-funded research from across the country. Participants will have the opportunity to engage with innovators and learn about how their work positively impacts communities and drives U.S. innovation forward.
